Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

At Lazify, shipping costs are fully covered at checkout — you won’t see any additional delivery fees. We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure your order is handled safely and efficiently.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local carrier conditions.

  • United Kingdom: typically around 5–10 working days
  • United States: typically around 5–12 working days
  • Rest of the world: usually 5–12 working days, but may vary

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates only. Actual delivery may be shorter or longer depending on factors outside our control, including customs clearance, local postal delays, and regional logistics conditions.

Order Cancellations and Modifications

Once a packing slip has been created, your order enters the preparation stage for shipment (this does not necessarily mean it has already been dispatched). At this point, we may not be able to cancel or modify the order.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to follow your shipment’s progress.

Customs, Import Duties & Importer Responsibility

By placing an order with Lazify, you agree that you are the importer of record for your shipment.

This means you are responsible for complying with all local import regulations, including any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees required by your country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are outside of our control. We cannot predict or guarantee whether such fees will apply.

In cases where a shipment is delayed, returned, or not delivered due to unpaid customs charges or failure to comply with import requirements, Lazify cannot be held responsible, and such orders may not be eligible for a refund.
