Refund policy

At Lazify, we offer a 90-day return policy, giving you 90 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, along with proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning items to our UK returns facility.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items purchased using gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return your original order and place a new order once your return has been approved.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must still be returned in their original condition and packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and card providers may require additional processing time.
